There may be circumstances where you want to edit a test's questions causing you to need to rescore previously taken tests.
Once you've edited the question(s) then you'll need to use our re-score/re-notice feature. Start with re-scoring just one of the affected tests without any re-notifying the test taker. That can be done in the user's record. Open the test in question, you should see a re-score button. Once you press the button - follow the instructions which include checking the re-score check-box.
If you need to re-score many tests, navigate to Manage > Results > Content Quick Results. From here, select the date range you wish to search, then expand the Advanced Search and type or paste the name of the test you wish to rescore in the Content Name field. Click Run Advanced Search.
You should get a list of users who have taken the test followed by a button that allows you to Rescore the test. Click this button and follow the instructions on the subsequent page.
